End of day 2

Been a very busy day of activities and trying new adventures. Great fun at Adventure Parc with the Zip Wire, Ninja Warrior and extreme slides followed by Bounce Below. Considering it was only 10 degrees it got very hot jumping round for an hour and 15 minutes!

Started early so most dorms are very quite. Tomorrow morning is a bit more leisurely as we haven't got to leave The Old School Lodge until 9am so get a bit of a lay in 🙂

Been Bouncing

That was a new experience! Bouncing inside an old slate quarry which is now full of suspended nets over 4 levels. Lots of slides and hidden tunnels to follow too. Think we all need a good shower now, so back to base to freshen up and dinner 🙂

Lunch break

It's been a fun morning at Adventure Parc Snowdonia. Time to refuel and take on some fluid before a short drive to Bounce Below 

The Adventures begin

All the Scouts made it up for breakfast and are now packing their bags for the day.

Shortly we are off to Adventure Park Snowdonia for a morning or activities many have never tried before.

End of day one

So that's the end of day one of summer camp 2022 A nice filling dinner, washing up done, lunches made for tomorrow, money paid into the camp and now setting down for the night. An early start tomorrow as we head over to Adventure Parc Snowdonia for a morning of great activities.

Made it!

We arrived about an hour ago. Scouts are now busy sorting rooms and changing. Pasta and meatballs for dinner, followed by some chill out time.

The journey continues

All the vehicles have now stopped for a lunch break and to use the facilities. So it's back on the buses and full steam ahead towards North Wales. Approximately 2 hours left of the journey now.
